- Profiling of drug binding properties on tissue sections from human or animal organs. This includes development of ligands for PET imaging, supporting clinical diagnostics and efficacy of drug treatments
- Demonstrate target engagement analyses of receptor occupancy and functional activation of receptors in vitro analyses of compound distribution after in vivo exposure
- Comparative analyses of the distribution of bound compound within the tissues combined with other measurements, such as: the distribution of the corresponding drug-binding protein, or markers for cell phenotype, or pathology, on consecutive or individual tissue sections
