Analysing Drug Efficacy

A key step when developing a new drug is to evaluate its ability and efficacy to alter the activity of the drug target as well as of relevant measures of the disease processes it is aimed to modulate.

Offspring offers services for quantitative analyses of relevant biomarkers for efficacy in preclinical in vivo models for disease. This includes support for optimized study design, tissue processing, quantitative analyses using single/multiplexed immunostaining and image analysis and/or Nanostring based techniques as well as statistical analysis of effect and power.

These analyses can be performed on large cohorts of tissues provided by the client or as generated by Offspring's collaborating partners for in vivo PKPD studies
